Deposits

A deposit is required to accept the reservation and calculated to the first nights accommodation. For School Holiday periods, the deposit is calculated to 50% of the full tariff. We will refund your deposit with 24hours of the booking should you choose to cancel. After 24 hours of making the booking the deposit is non refundable.

Payments 

Balance of payment is taken anytime and non refundable in the 14 days prior to arrival. Excepting School Holiday Periods which is 30 days prior to arrival.

A pre authority is reserved prior to arrival and cancelled after departure. A pre authority appears like a charge, ie the amount shows and your available balance is reduced by that amount. The cancellation does not come back as a credit amount when cancelled with no charges, rather the original pre authority is removed, so looking for a credit, or refund will not give the information you require. A partial charge or full amount charge then shows as a purchase for that particular amount. We will send you confirmation email when we have processed the cancellation. All enquiries from that email should be handled through your bank as all banks have their own policy about this.

Cancelled Bookings

Cancelled bookings are charged the first nights accommodation if you cancel prior to 14 days before arrival. You will be required to pay the full amount owing should you not arrive for all or part of the confirmed reservation. You are required to pay the full amount owing should you not arrive for all or part of their confirmed reservation.

Room Allocation

Room classes at time of booking may change for the stay dates. We may upgrade your room class free of charge or downgrade with a discount tariff when needed to cater for room change availability. We do not promise a specific room for your booking. Occupancy is from 2pm on arrival date to 10 am on departure date.

Room Condition 

Leave the room as you found it. Charges apply for furniture not in its place, dirty appliances, dishes or blankets. No rubbish to be left behind.

Rates

Rates are subject to change without notice. In the event of a tariff increase, accommodation bookings made and confirmed (by payment of a deposit) will be honoured at the prevailing tariff at the time of booking.

For all high season bookings, (school holidays) the balance of payment is taken 30 days prior to arrival.

Tariffs are for up to four persons in two bedroom units and up to six in three bedroom units. Babies sleeping in cots are free. Additional persons will be charged $44 per night. Linen and towels are included in the rates quoted and will be changed mid-stay for periods longer than 10 nights. Linen is supply only and for the number of persons registered. Cots, high chairs, and portable beds can be hired at a nominal fee, which includes cost of linen. Pool towels are available with additional charges, room towels are not permitted outside of the rooms.

Payments Methods

Payment can be made by visa, mastercard or direct bank deposit. Direct deposits are not accepted 7 days prior to arrival and arrangements must be confirmed with accounts about that.

Activity

No commercial or illegal activity. You may not conduct any form of business from the premises or engage in illegal activities. Doing so will result in eviction with no refunds. No noise. The resort is quiet from 9 pm, pools and BBQ's are closed.

No Smoking

Smoking is not permitted on the property. There are suggested smoking areas in Kingsford Smith Parade at the tables and chairs, or to the Park just a 1 minute walk through the Rainforest.
